Piazza Pizza And Beach Bodega

The margherita pizza was fantastic. Toppings seemed to be super fresh. My experience with the Sabrosa left a bit to be desired as the olive oil and fig jam were super heavy and the pizza was extremely soggy. The arugula was also cooked with the pizza instead of added after the pie was fired. Regardless of my critique, the flavor was amazing, and I’m sure this was probably a one-off pie not typically up to their standards. I’d order it again regardless. The garlic bread sticks were pretty good too!

This is truly a special pizza place. First, having a bodega at this beach location is a must and a gem with a great inventory. The pizza is a gem. The handmade, extraordinary dough and sauce are worth every penny. We entirely ate the Sabrosa and the Margherita, and both were amazing!!! We did not wait long at all, but I would wait hours if necessary. Customer service was excellent. Kudos to Travis with the welcoming personality. Must try Piazza!!!

Thanks to the review by MR Consulting, my husband and I tried Piazza Pizza for the first time and then two days later a second time. We are from North Central Ohio and we search for the best pizza wherever we go. The dough/crust was so good we ate every last bite. It was the perfect thickness to stand up to the sauce, cheese and toppings without going limp. The sauce is not sweet, which is what we prefer. Every ingredient was top quality. Pictured is double pepperoni on half and pepperoni and red onion on other half. The service was very friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of tables and chairs but we opted to take ours to go. Please give them a try and another try. ;-)

I wish I lived on Pensacola Beach or Gulf Breeze so this could be my go-to for weekly pizza! We love NYC style pizza and this delicious pie did not disappoint! The crust was perfect and the balance of sauce, cheese and pepperoni was 5 star! We opted to carry out to enjoy at our resort across the street. When we sat down to eat the pie was still hot and the cheese stringy! Will definitely go back next chance I get!

We enjoyed the pizza we ordered, the cleanness, the art on the walls, and the staff. He was also helpful telling us how to get to the pier. We’d stop by again if ever that way!

5 Stars - The Best Pizza in Town! We had the absolute best experience at Piazza Pizza in Pensacola Beach! Hands down, it’s the best pizza in town—no competition. We ordered three different pizzas, and each one was incredibly fresh, perfectly baked, and full of flavor. The crust was thin, crisp on the outside, and chewy on the inside—just how we love it! One thing that really made our visit special was that they sell wine and let you enjoy it right there with your meal. We had our bottle of wine while savoring the pizzas, and it felt like a little Italian getaway by the beach. They also offer delicious desserts, so we had to try a couple after the pizzas. Sweet, rich, and the perfect way to end the meal. What really blew us away was the oven! We even took a picture because it was so impressive. The size and the craftsmanship of it show how much pride they take in their food. You can actually taste the difference—the flavor was fresh, smoky, and unforgettable. Great service, cozy vibe, and just steps from the beach. Whether you’re local or visiting, don’t miss this spot. We’ll definitely be back!

Please eat here!! You will not be disappointed! The staff were so kind, welcoming, and quick. The pizza was the best I’ve had in the 850 area. As someone who loves pizza and is pretty critical of it, I highly suggest this place. Nice char on the crust, great flavor, and good amount of grease (which is a sign of good pizza!), this blew my expectations away. Will be catering and using Piazza every time I want pizza from now on.
